this is gorgeous! the title cards are striking, and i love the personality of the chibi-style character sprites, and the backgrounds really reinforce the moods of the scenes. deeply unsettling, too, and sudden. like a machete :)
this was some painful stuff between relating too much to parvin and her helplessness and her friction fraught relationship with her exact foil of a cute but abrasive girl who tries and fails to help her in such a strangling society. all the elements work so well this ones going to stick with me
I really liked this one! Parvin and Roshanak were such a painful duo to be around. it was really gripping to see a relationship that played into itself in such a complicated way. Parvin finding their own little piece of oblivion in their partner like that was so toothsome and I will be thinking about it for a while I loved the art style for it, too. it really drove home the type of teenagers they were, and made them remind me even more of messy lesbians ive known and/or been in that chapter of my own life. thank you for sharing!

because you ended the game on an apology - don't you dare! when i am playing jam games i come into it knowing it may not be "perfect" from all directions, not that infinate timeframe games are ever perfect either. Its intereting to see what people focus on and part of their charm. i loved the sound-focus of the game, and thought the usage of pauses and time were really interesting. I will agree the ends sound a bit monologey and half baked, but since they're coming from a character who enjoys daydreaming in this way if felt in character and did not have me trying to rush through and get it over with. I look forward to seeing other stories from you in the future!
Aw, thank you! Yeah this is the first project I've managed to finish, so I was a bit nervous with it not coming out the way I wanted. If I had it my way, I would've taken a lot longer to flesh out the endings, but tbh the time-constraint made it so I could actually be content with its short-comings and finish it, unlike my other stuff.
Thank you so much for reading! Happy you were able to enjoy and get something out of it.

Aw, thank you! Your comment's made me deeply happy. :)
(And I love that you compared the story to a machete, haha!)

Roshanak and Parvin feel so real. I'm mesmerized by the way you describe sensations. thank you for baring your soul so earnestly.
Thank you! I'm glad I've been able to voice them in a believable way. Happy you enjoyed it!
I felt kind of sick to my stomach and nervous the entire time playing this and had to hug my stuffed animals. Very good job.
Love to hear it! Remember to have an apple a day!
